You can cancel your sustaining membership at any time and we will stop collecting the subscription fee. In order to cancel, navigate to Settings » Manage Subscription in the cron-job.org Console.

Already paid fees cannot be refunded, with one exception: In case you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of your initial subscription order, we offer a full refund of the paid amount (which is the fee for the first subscription month). In order to claim your refund, please contact us via email (info@cron-job.org) within 7 days of cancelling your subscription via the control panel.
