§ 1 cron-job.org provides a free service to visit/fetch URLs in a schedules manner. The service is entirely free of charge, no fees have to be paid.
§ 2 By signing up for a cron-job.org account and using the service, you accept these Terms of Service and obligate yourself to adhere to them at any time.
§ 3 You may only create cronjobs for websites which you own or for which you have the explicit permission of its owner to use it with this service.
§ 4 cron-job.org provides this service free of charge and without any warranty, without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Although we aim to provide a reliable service, we cannot provide guarantees of any form (including uptime and performance gurarantees) and cannot accept responsibility for any damages created directly or indirectly by using this service.
§ 5 We take the privacy of our users very seriously. We do not give away or sell user-related data to third parties (unless forced by law) and only use collected data to operate and improve our service.
§ 6 We reserve the right to shut down this service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to delete/lock user accounts without prior notice and without giving reasons (e.g. in case of assumed abuse of the service).
§ 1 cron-job.org offers sustaining memberships to allow users to support the service with a monthly or yearly fee on a voluntary basis.
§ 2 Purpose of a sustaining membership is the voluntary support of the service. A sustaining membership does not result in additional entitlements, especially no entitlements with regard to the scope, features and availability of the service.
§ 3 As an appreciation for the support of the sustaining member, cron-job.org can provide additional features or reduced limitations to sustaining members at its own discretion. This occurs on a purely voluntary basis and does not substantiate any claim on the part of the sustaining member.
§ 4 The fee for a sustaining membership is collected on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selection of the user. The sustaining member can pick the amount freely from a set of offered ammounts when ordering a sustaining membership.
§ 5 Sustaining memberships can be cancelled at any time via the control panel or via note via email, letter or fax, effective at the end of the current payment period. Cancellation of sustaining memberships results in revocation of all benefits according to § 3, if any.
